Electrical Engineer - Next Generation Facilities

Black & White Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to help deliver the next generation of mission-critical facilities. Whether you are an established Senior Engineer looking for greater responsibility or a Principal Engineer seeking technical leadership opportunities, this role provides exposure to highly complex and rewarding engineering challenges.

You'll contribute to the design and delivery of resilient electrical systems supporting major international data centre developments while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced specialists.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver electrical engineering designs and technical calculations.
  • Lead engineering packages and project workstreams.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support technical reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Engage directly with clients and project teams.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Essential Skills

  • Strong electrical building services design experience.
  • Knowledge of LV and HV power distribution systems.
  • Experience delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical activities and mentor others.
