What you'll do
- You'll take ownership of electrical design projects, shaping them with your ideas and expertise.
- From concept to construction, you'll run projects independently, making sure they meet the highest standards.
- Passing on your knowledge is just as important, so you'll mentor junior and intermediate engineers, helping to develop the next generation of talent.
- You'll also stay close to the action by attending client briefings, design team meetings and overseeing site progress.

What you'll need
- At least five years of experience in building services design
- The confidence to run projects independently and make key decisions
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and teams
