This is an exciting opportunity to help develop that offering further, grow your own market and play a key role in our continued expansion within Finance and Professional Services.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally at Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level, to join our growing Finance recruitment team, based from our Salford HQ.
You’ll be joining at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist Finance market, develop your own client portfolio and build long-term relationships across the sector.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than simply managing an existing desk – someone who wants the autonomy to influence how their market develops, build relationships, identify new opportunities and play a key role in growing our Finance offering.
You’ll have the backing, stability and reputation of an established global recruitment business, combined with the freedom and ownership to develop your own market and make a real impact.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a specialist Finance recruitment market
- Build and manage a strong client portfolio and candidate network
- Lead a 360 recruitment desk across business development, candidate delivery and account management
- Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and create growth strategies
- Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team and Morson Group to maximise opportunities
- Contribute to the development of our wider Finance recruitment strategy and offering
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercially driven recruiter who is excited by the opportunity to build, influence and grow.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong recruitment experience within Finance, with an established network ideally
- Proven success operating in a 360 recruitment environment
- A strong track record of business development and winning new clients
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- The ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a wider team strategy
- A commercial mindset and genuine ambition to grow a successful desk
We’re open to speaking with experienced Finance recruiters at a range of levels, from Consultants through to Senior and Principal Consultants, as well as more senior recruiters who are looking for their next challenge. The key is having a strong Finance recruitment background, a proven track record of success and the ambition to help grow a market.
