The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Manage and grow your own education recruitment desk (Primary, Secondary, SEN or Support Staff).
- Build strong relationships with MAT leaders, school SLTs, and high-quality candidates.
- Leverage our GCA framework status to open new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Deliver a compliant, ethical, and high-quality service aligned with sector standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in education recruitment (or a similar fast-paced recruitment sector).
- A track record of billing success and relationship-building.
- Someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-reward environment.
- A consultant who wants to step up, take ownership, and grow with a scaling business.
- Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and the education landscape.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
