At Hunter Philips, we're continuing to grow our Permanent Executive Search Recruitment team and are looking for experienced 360 recruiters who want more than just another desk. What you'll be doing
- Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Winning new business and growing your own specialist market.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
- Advising clients on hiring strategy and market trends.
- Headhunting high-quality candidates across specialist industries.
- Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes through to completion.
- Building a sustainable pipeline of clients, candidates and future opportunities.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- A proven track record of winning business and generating placements.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing the full recruitment process.
- Ambition to continue developing your career and earnings.
- A proactive, resilient and driven approach.
