What we're hiring?
Looking for competitive, commercially minded Senior / Principal / Executive Recruitment Consultants to join our ambitious & dynamic team in London (close by Aldgate tube St.)
Joining 1 of our 8 specialist technology brands, taking on a billing role whilst driving growth in the business with a fast-track promotion plan to next level billing/leadership/office transfer.

Role / What’s Required?
- Proven billing success in a 360 Recruitment role (from any market)
- Contract/Temp Recruitment negotiating margins & day rate ROI.
- Manage & regularly develop both the client/candidate database.
- Identifying & converting new business leads via various channels.
- Delivering end to end recruitment services to clients/candidates.
- Managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing offer process.
- Negotiating salary packages, onboarding, post placement reviews.
- Offering CV, interview & career/industry advice ad hoc as required.
- Participating in industry events to represent TRG brand as required.
- Mentoring/Managing staff if appropriate to develop next generation!
