About Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This company is building the definitive API for global tax automation. Think complex financial systems, real-time compliance, and a product suite that plugs directly into enterprise operations. They're backed by leading VCs, have significant ARR, and are growing rapidly, tackling a problem few others can solve at this scale.

You'll join a lean engineering team that owns problems end-to-end, not just features. This is a principal-level seat: you'll co-own the roadmap with product, drive architecture, and operate what you build in production. This isn't a ticket-taker role; it's about setting the technical bar and shipping fast, continuously, and iteratively across the full product lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
