šŸ˜Ž Our Culture

Quantum Metric's number one objective is happy people, diverse and inclusive culture. We’re passionate about empowering our people to become the best version of themselves, offering coaching and training programs designed to accelerate their career in whatever direction they choose.

As a remote-first company, we understand the importance of building an engaged, diverse, and fun place to work. We hold regular company-wide events, seasonal challenges, and Quantum Metric sponsored local outings when Zoom becomes too much. We also have a number of Employee Resource Groups that provide spaces to discuss, share, and reflect on topics that impact us both inside and outside of work - from being new to SaaS or navigating it as a first-time parent, to overcoming the barriers faced as Black, Hispanic, Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, LGBTQIA or other underrepresented backgrounds.

We are also passionate about the connections we build with our customers. You’ll not only work with some of the world’s most recognized brands, but build lasting relationships.

At Quantum Metric we value all types of experience and education and don’t expect you to meet every qualification for this position. We are most interested in the unique perspective you can bring and your ability to uphold our values of passion, persistence, and integrity.

šŸš€ About The Role

As a Strategic Customer Success Business Consultant, you will serve as a premier strategic advisor and domain leader for Quantum Metric’s most complex, high-impact enterprise accounts. Beyond driving customer activation and operationalization, you will shape how our largest clients leverage technology by developing productized service offerings, pioneering domain-specific AI automations, and serving as a subject matter expert both for clients and internally across our entire consulting organization.

In this role, you will advise and align with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizational landscapes from day-to-day power users to executive sponsors. You will act as the go-to subject matter expert in your specialized domain, stepping in ad hoc to advise on high-stakes client engagements, while also serving as the primary point of contact for leveraging AI to automate analytical workflows tailored to key use cases. You won't just deliver value; you will define, scale, and automate it—translating deep quantitative insights into strategic business outcomes that directly influence account retention, executive alignment, and long-term partnership growth.

šŸ”§ Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Customer Outcomes: Serve as the premier strategic advisor for Quantum Metric’s most complex, high-impact enterprise accounts, aligning macro digital strategies with customer business outcomes. Navigate complex organizational landscapes to build executive alignment, establishing mission-critical status that directly drives account retention, renewal, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Pioneer AI & Scalable Value: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for leveraging AI to automate analytical workflows tailored to key enterprise use cases. Define, scale, and automate value delivery by translating deep quantitative insights into productized service offerings and repeatable frameworks that benefit the broader consulting organization.
  • Orchestrate Enterprise Domain Activation: Deploy as a targeted domain leader into strategic accounts—such as aligning with IT and Engineering teams on Site Observability—to design engagements, align senior stakeholders, and drive domain-specific activation. Embed Quantum Metric into critical operational workflows and digital decision-making processes.
  • Surface Transformational Insights: Synthesize deep quantitative data into macro-level digital and omnichannel optimization strategies, moving beyond defect detection to actively shape customer strategic roadmaps. Establish clear benchmarks for value realization and scale successful consulting methodologies across the entire practice.
  • Serve as Enterprise Subject Matter Expert: Act as a premier domain leader within assigned verticals or specialized use cases, stepping in ad hoc to advise on high-stakes, complex client engagements across the global organization. Drive the evolution of Quantum Metric’s consulting methodology by translating deep vertical or use-case expertise into reusable applications, pioneering AI-driven workflows, and establishing best practices that elevate the entire team's consulting rigor.
  • Mentor and Elevate the Practice: Act as a force multiplier across the organization by mentoring Consultants, modeling best-in-class advisory practices, and leading team enablement. Drive vertical playbooks and share specialized domain expertise in global forums to continuously upskill the broader business consulting practice.
  • Proactively Safeguard Strategic Engagements: Partner closely with primary Business Consultant to systematically identify, diagnose, and remediate high-stakes account risks across key functional domains. Step in globally on targeted engagements to design high-level recovery strategies, re-establish executive alignment, and reposition value to secure renewals and protect long-term account health.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
