We're now looking for a Sensor Engineer to join our team—someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service and wants to make a real impact.

The Role

This is a dynamic, field-based, and customer-facing position where no two days are the same.

As a Sensor Engineer, you will install, service, and maintain telemetry systems, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards—while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain telemetry systems in line with company standards
  • Manage daily workload using PDA software, ensuring accurate job updates
  • Communicate proactively with customers, providing ETAs and progress updates
  • Carry out on-site risk assessments and escalate any concerns
  • Deliver excellent customer service, identifying opportunities for upgrades and service plans
  • Maintain van stock and complete regular inventory checks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained to a high standard

Essential

What We're Looking For

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Physically fit for a field-based role
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office and mobile/PDA systems)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • Experience in a field-based engineering or service role
  • Strong customer-focused mindset
  • Experience fault finding in demanding environments
