SEO Account Manager | Brick Digital | £36,000–£38,000 | Hybrid (Watford)

Are you ready to own your own portfolio of clients and lead the SEO strategy that drives their growth?

At Brick Digital, our SEO Account Managers are the strategic lead on a defined set of client accounts, owning the strategy, the relationship, and the results. You'll create and roll out SEO & GEO strategies, lead client communication, and take primary responsibility for delivering measurable growth across your portfolio.

This isn't a role where you're one of many voices on an account. You'll be the person clients trust and turn to, supported by your SEO Strategist, but genuinely in the driving seat of your own campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as strategic lead across a defined portfolio of client accounts
  • Building and owning 3–6 month roadmaps aligned to client goals
  • Leading monthly client calls, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
  • Taking primary responsibility for implementation - technical SEO, on-site optimisation, content strategy, internal linking, and link building
  • Reviewing and owning the accuracy of monthly client reporting
  • Contributing to delivery on more complex accounts within your Client Team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
