Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

SEO is a growing part of Lane's offering. As part of the team you'll work under the direction of the Senior SEO Manager to align on strategy and methodology, while running the day-to-day relationship and delivery for your own client roster.

The SEO Manager will:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship and delivery for an assigned client roster, including calls, reporting, and account management, following Lane's SEO approach.
  • Lead keyword research and content briefing in collaboration with the content team, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate SEO performance and recommendations directly to clients, including pushing back on unreasonable asks where the data doesn't support them.
  • Tie SEO work to commercial outcomes for clients, not just rankings and traffic movement.
  • Evaluate AI search visibility as an extension of core SEO fundamentals, not a separate discipline.
  • Provide a clear status of client SEO activity, ensuring we're consistently adding value to each client's position.
  • Support the Senior SEO Manager in spotting and developing SEO opportunities across the wider client base.
  • Run and interpret technical SEO audits using primary data from tools like Ahrefs, GSC, and GA4.
