Company Description

Zenith is the ROI agency. We help brands make Bold Moves in communications to drive profitable, measurable growth.

At Zenith, Bold Moves are big, brave shifts to strategy, data, audience or activation. They’re grounded in evidence, backed by rigorous forecasting and designed to deliver stronger returns for clients and better experiences for consumers. We work as empathetic partners, taking the time to understand our clients’ businesses and tying our success to theirs.

Part of Publicis Media, Zenith has over 5,000 specialists across 90 markets. In the UK, we work with leading organisations including The Very Group, Macmillan and Morrisons – helping them make smarter, more impactful choices to unlock growth. We believe an inclusive culture strengthens our business, enabling greater idea exchange, innovation and creativity, and we actively encourage our people to drive positive change.

Overview

We are hiring an SEO Account Manager to help leading UK and international brands unlock sustainable growth through search. You’ll combine content thinking, technical knowledge and commercial insight to shape SEO programmes that deliver meaningful business results. Working across traditional search and emerging AI-powered discovery, you’ll turn complex data into clear opportunities for clients and colleagues. You’ll also support the development of others, sharing your knowledge within a collaborative team of performance marketing specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver SEO strategies aligned with client objectives across traditional search and AI-powered discovery.
  • Lead integrated programmes spanning technical, content and local SEO, from planning through to measurement.
  • Audit websites and translate your findings into practical recommendations that improve discoverability, performance and machine readability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic and conversions across complex customer journeys.
  • Create clear reporting that connects search performance and AI visibility with wider business outcomes.
  • Partner with clients, account leadership and internal specialists to strengthen workflows and deliver consistently high-quality work.
  • Manage and develop an SEO Executive while encouraging knowledge-sharing, effective feedback and continuous learning across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
