We are now looking for an SEO, AEO & GEO Content Executive to support a key website transformation programme and help ensure our digital content is discoverable, customer-focused and optimised for the future of search.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in the development of content for the new Oxford Instruments website.
As SEO, AEO & GEO Content Executive, you will help create and optimise digital content that improves visibility across traditional search engines, answer engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. You will work closely with product managers, marketing teams, technical specialists, content contributors and agency partners to ensure content is clear, structured, searchable and relevant to customers.
The role will focus primarily on new website content development, while also supporting optimisation of existing content, content governance and stakeholder enablement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support the creation of content for the new Oxford Instruments website, embedding SEO, AEO and GEO principles from the outset.
- Translate technical and scientific subject matter into clear, customer-focused digital content.
- Support content audits and identify opportunities to redevelop, optimise or create content as part of the website programme.
- Develop and improve page content, metadata, FAQs, summaries and supporting content in line with agreed frameworks.
- Help structure website content to support search visibility, answer engine discovery and AI-powered search experiences.
- Support content migration activities, helping to maintain quality, consistency and search visibility during the transition to the new website.
- Work with external SEO, digital and website agency partners to ensure recommendations are incorporated into content plans.
- Act as an internal advocate for SEO, AEO and GEO content best practice.
- Create practical guidance, templates and checklists to help internal stakeholders produce effective digital content.
- Review stakeholder-drafted content and recommend improvements to readability, structure, customer relevance and search performance.
- Monitor content performance using analytics, search and website reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing content based on user behaviour, search trends and performance data.
- Stay informed about developments in SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-driven search behaviour, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
