Description
We are looking for a SEO & AI Optimization Manager to lead organic growth strategy across the inMusic portfolio. This role owns search visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms, ensuring customers can effectively discover our brands, products, and content wherever they search. The successful candidate will combine technical SEO expertise, content strategy, e-commerce knowledge, analytics, and emerging AI optimization practices to drive measurable organic growth. We are willing to consider senior-level candidates for this position.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute SEO and AI optimization strategies that drive organic traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Improve technical SEO performance including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and page experience.
- Partner with engineering, content, product, e-commerce, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into business workflows.
- Drive content optimization strategies aligned with customer intent, product discovery, and evolving search behavior.
- Explore and implement AI optimization initiatives to improve visibility across AI-powered search and discovery experiences.
- Manage performance reporting, auditing, experimentation, and insight generation to support continuous improvement.
- Guide external agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders while helping establish scalable organic growth practices.

What You Bring
- Significant experience leading SEO programs for e-commerce, technology, digital product, or consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including structured data, site architecture, indexing, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Experience with search analytics, reporting, experimentation, and organic growth measurement.
- Understanding of AI-powered search experiences, AI-generated discovery, and emerging optimization practices.
- Experience working with content creators, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, communication, and influence skills.
- Interest in music technology, creator audiences, e-commerce, or digital consumer experiences is beneficial.
