SALT is supporting a leading financial services organisation seeking an SEO/GEO Specialist to support search visibility, performance optimisation, and experimentation initiatives.
This contract role will focus on delivering SEO and GEO experimentation programmes, analysing impact, and driving search performance improvements across digital content and platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to implement best practice recommendations and optimise organic visibility.
Key Contract Details:
- 4+ contract, Inside IR35
- Hybrid working in London (typically 2 days per week on-site)
- £350 - £375 per day

What you’ll do:
- Conduct SEO and GEO experiment impact analysis to measure effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Produce regular performance reporting and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Develop content optimisation recommendations to improve organic search visibility.
- Implement SEO and GEO best practices within CMS environments.
- Monitor search performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with digital and content teams to ensure optimisation initiatives are delivered effectively.

What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in SEO performance analysis and optimisation.
- Experience conducting SEO testing and measuring experiment impact.
- Strong understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience implementing SEO recommendations within CMS platforms.
- Experience working within regulated or financial services environments is advantageous.
