Role Overview
- Based in the UK - MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY WORK IN THE UK
As the SEO Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving organic search success for our clients. Working closely with the Head of SEO and other departments, you will manage and execute SEO and AIO campaigns, deliver technical expertise, and ensure all strategies align with client goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong communication to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO/AOI strategies for clients across various platforms.
- Identify high-value keywords and develop content strategies to enhance rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Conduct audits, resolve technical issues, and implement schema markup, crawlability fixes, and mobile optimisation.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimise SEO/AIO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
- Implement outreach and backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Monitor performance, traffic, and other KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, producing actionable insights and regular client reports.
- Manage Google Business Profiles and optimise strategies for local clinics to improve visibility in local search results.
- Work with design, development, and paid search teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in SEO/AIO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and with an understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Develop innovative solutions to address SEO and AIO challenges and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Strong ability to present strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Personal Attributes
- Passionate about SEO /AIO and staying up-to-date with algorithm changes and trends.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven success in delivering SEO /AIO growth in competitive markets.
- Familiarity with the aesthetics or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- A basic understanding of paid search (PPC), Paid social, and or Email marketing is a plus.
No Relocation package or Visa Sponsorships
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from £30k to £37,500 PA - subject to a successful probation
