A business backed by significant recent investment is looking for an SEO & AI Automation Manager to lead a function they're investing seriously in.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how SEO is done - blending traditional organic search expertise with AI-driven automation to build smarter, more scalable ways of working. You won't just be executing an existing playbook; you'll be defining what the function looks like going forward.

- Owning SEO strategy end-to-end across a growing digital estate
- Identifying and implementing AI-driven automation to streamline SEO processes and unlock efficiency
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to embed SEO into wider commercial priorities
- Staying ahead of the curve on how AI is reshaping search, and turning that into practical, applied strategy
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Have strong hands-on SEO experience and a genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation
- Enjoy building and shaping a function rather than maintaining one
- Are commercially minded and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
- Can operate autonomously while bringing others along with your thinking
