SEO & GEO Manager

£34k to £37k plus great benefits Leeds - Hybrid

Zealous Agency is working with a leading global performance and commerce agency to find an experienced SEO & GEO Manager to join their growing B2B team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an SEO specialist who wants to work at the forefront of SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search, helping major B2B brands improve visibility, traffic and commercial performance.

The Role

You’ll own the SEO & GEO for a portfolio of B2B clients, working closely with specialist teams across Technical SEO, Content and Digital PR to create integrated organic strategies that deliver measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading end-to-end SEO & GEO strategies
  • Turning client objectives and data into clear, commercially focused strategies
  • Leading client relationships and presenting insights and recommendations
  • Coordinating Technical, Content and Digital PR teams
  • Using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and AccuRanker to identify opportunities
  • Reporting on performance, insights and strategic progress
  • Supporting new business pitches with research, insights and strategy
  • Identifying opportunities across emerging search channels, including AI
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members

About You

You’ll be an experienced SEO Manager with agency experience, confident working directly with clients and comfortable taking ownership of strategy from initial brief through to delivery.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong experience across SEO and GEO
  • Previous agency experience in a strategy-focused role
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in the future of search
  • Management or mentoring experience would be advantageous
