Born in London, we've grown into a global agency, partnering with ambitious brands across international markets and delivering work that connects with audiences wherever they are.
As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in - through rapid progression, industry-leading benefits, and a culture that has been recognised in Campaign's Best Places to Work for eight years running.
Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO & GEO Strategy Lead to play a pivotal role in our growing team, driving how we approach search visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. The role will sit across our Distribution offering, working closely with Editorial, Growth, Retainer and Performance teams to embed SEO and GEO best practice across our client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive modern approaches to search and AI visibility, combining strong SEO foundations with emerging GEO expertise to shape strategies, measurement frameworks and content opportunities.
- Provide a high level of consultancy, helping both clients and internal teams understand and respond to the rapidly evolving search landscape.
- Have a deep understanding of how content influences consumer behaviour and engagement, and the ability to track SEO, GEO and AI search trends, translating developments into actionable frameworks and recommendations for relevant teams - including Editorial, Growth and Retainer.
- Work closely with Leads across Audience Behaviour, PR and Culture to represent our AI and Search function.
- Support internal account teams with search insights that help inform monthly content calendars, proposals and campaigns.
- Translate AI citation gaps and competitor GEO benchmarking into prioritised content opportunities, embedding GEO requirements across Content, Editorial and Performance teams.
- Partner with the Growth team on new business and pitches, selling this offering for the agency.
- Define and track GEO as a standalone acquisition channel - including impressions, citations and referral attribution - building measurement frameworks, reporting cadences and ongoing LLM prompt testing/citation audits to validate performance and catch regressions.
- Report on the performance of SEO and AI visibility changes and campaigns, sharing insights, learnings and success stories with relevant stakeholders to encourage continued optimisation.
- Work cross-teams and with senior stakeholders to effectively convey complex SEO and GEO analysis, providing consultancy on best practice, defining processes, developing learning materials and articulating the role content plays within wider online visibility and acquisition strategies.
- Understand Digital PR and how earned media, backlinks and brand mentions contribute to SEO and AI search visibility, with the ability to identify opportunities and work with PR teams to improve performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
