Performance & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Search Engine Optimization and Pay-Per-Click Marketing Executive to drive lead generation across HomeLet, Let Alliance, and UK Insurance Net.

This is a practical, performance-focused role where you will own and manage search and paid-ad marketing activity end-to-end.

You will be responsible for planning spend, managing budgets, running campaigns, and delivering measurable leads through SEO and PPC.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail of campaigns, analysing performance data, and continually improving results.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, build and optimise SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings
  • Oversee and optimise the PPC budget, ensuring effective allocation, spend control and performance monitoring to maximise ROI against agreed commercial and marketing targets
  • Monitor performance, analyse data and provide regular reports with clear recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities
  • Stay up to date with search engine and paid media best practice, tools and advertising trends

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
