Are you looking to build your career in SEO and develop your digital marketing skills within a collaborative and supportive team?
We’re looking for an organised, curious and proactive SEO Assistant to join our SEO team and support organic growth across our UK and EMEA home interiors brands.
Reporting to the SEO Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day to day delivery of our SEO activity, helping to keep our websites optimised, technically healthy and visible across search.
This is a varied, hands on role where you’ll gain exposure to all areas of SEO, from keyword research and on page optimisation to technical SEO, website QA, internal linking and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Content, Development, Analytics and Digital PR, as well as our external agency partners.
You’ll take ownership of regular SEO activities and smaller projects, while continuing to build your knowledge, develop your skills and take on more responsibility as your experience grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day to day delivery of SEO activity across our UK and EMEA websites, keeping trackers, documentation and tasks accurate and up to date.
- Carry out keyword, competitor and search trend research to identify opportunities across different brands and markets.
- Support on-page optimisation, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, website content and internal linking.
- Carry out technical SEO and website QA checks, identifying issues relating to broken links, redirects, crawling, indexation and SEO implementation.
- Help collect, analyse and organise SEO performance data using tools such as Google Search Console and GA4, highlighting any notable trends or changes.
- Support international SEO activity, including localisation checks and market-specific website QA.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure SEO recommendations and improvements are implemented effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
