The Role

We’re looking for an experienced SEO & Content Executive to take ownership of organic growth across SNAP and its brands.

The role is hands-on, focused on driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting pipeline growth through organic channels.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how SNAP shows up in search, from content strategy through to on-page optimisation and performance tracking.

This role is not suited to generalists or entry-level marketers. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering measurable organic growth.

A Bit About Us

SNAP provides digital payment and mobility solutions for the European transport industry, connecting fleets, drivers, and service partners through one platform.

Used by nearly 10,000 fleets and over 200,000 drivers, SNAP simplifies access to services like truck parking, tolls, and vehicle washing, while giving operators greater control and visibility.

More than a way to pay.

Hybrid working is supported where appropriate, alongside the benefits of working as part of a well-established and innovative organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic, visibility, and qualified leads across SNAP and its brands
  • Create, edit, and optimise high-quality written content across multiple formats, including website pages, landing pages, blogs, guides, case studies, and campaigns
  • Own web copy across all brands, ensuring it is clear, consistent, conversion-focused, and aligned to brand positioning
  • Continuously improve existing content through on-page SEO, keyword optimisation, and content refreshes
  • Carry out keyword research and search intent analysis to inform content planning and site structure
  • Write compelling, polished B2B copy tailored to different audiences, industries, and stages of the funnel
  • Collaborate with design, product, and commercial teams to produce content that supports campaigns, launches, and propositions
  • Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, and technical considerations
  • Monitor and analyse organic performance, using data to refine content and improve results
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities to expand SNAP’s presence in search
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and high editorial standards across all written output
  • Support wider marketing activity with copywriting for email, social, and sales enablement materials
  • Stay up to date with SEO, content, and search trends, including AI-driven search changes and evolving best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
