About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented [Job Title] to join our team at Centric Talent. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate applications to identify top candidates, conducting interviews and assessments as necessary.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and other databases.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.
