About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at phs Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating waste collection and disposal activities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams. Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in waste management or environmental services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of environmental health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, safety, and compliance departments, to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Stay informed about changes in environmental legislation and industry best practices, ensuring company compliance and continuous improvement.
