SEO Executive Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, curious and ambitious SEO Executive to join our growing SEO team in London. This role is part of our Total Search department, which includes SEO, Paid Search, AI Discovery, Social SEO and Digital PR.

Working closely with our SEO Manager, you'll help deliver effective organic search strategies for a varied portfolio of clients across live events and fashion in the UK and US. You'll have a strong grounding in SEO, particularly content, keyword research and on-page optimisation, and be comfortable turning data and research into clear recommendations and practical actions for our clients.

Search is evolving rapidly, and this role will extend beyond traditional SEO. You'll also have the opportunity to work across social search, AI discovery and digital PR. Previous experience in these areas is beneficial but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

We're looking for someone who is forward-thinking, excited by change and motivated to find new ways to improve client performance in a rapidly changing search landscape. This role is ideal for someone with 6 - 12+ months of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a range of clients across live entertainment, venues and fashion ecommerce across the UK and US.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, search trends and search-intent research across traditional search engines (Google) and relevant social and AI discovery platforms such as ChatGPT and Tiktok Search.
  • Deliver on-page optimisation across website content, including page structure, metadata, internal linking, providing optimised copy and implementation in client CMS systems such as Wordpress.
  • Identify content gaps and growth opportunities, editorial content calendars, helping to develop SEO content strategies, briefs and roadmaps for the website alongside social SEO.
  • Contribute to technical SEO audits, identifying issues relating to crawlability, indexing, site structure and performance, and supporting their implementation with relevant teams.
  • Recommendations for link opportunities and digital PR activity that strengthens clients' authority and organic visibility.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of organic performance to clients and timely execution of tasks in the SEO roadmap.
  • Support client meetings, reporting sessions, QBRs, campaign reviews, and presentations.
  • Embrace the use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support your work to make efficiencies, while maintaining strong standards of accuracy, quality and critical thinking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
