SEO Professional Opportunity at PinkSEO
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning SEO accounts end-to-end, building long-term client relationships, and delivering consistent, high-quality SEO through thoughtful, evidence-led decisions rather than chasing every new trend. If you value clarity, trust, and doing SEO properly, we’d love to hear from you.
About Us
We’re PinkSEO, an award-winning, pure-play SEO agency specialising in on-page SEO for SMEs in the medical, legal, e-commerce and B2B sectors.
We’ve grown steadily and organically through:
- Transparent, data-led SEO strategies
- Strong client relationships and long-term retention
- A genuinely supportive, experienced team
We value integrity, sustainability, reliability and a healthy work/life balance.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive / Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be responsible not just for SEO performance, but also for client confidence, clarity and satisfaction. That means delivering solid SEO results, communicating clearly and building trusted, long-term relationships.
This is a hands-on, client-facing SEO role. You’ll be expected to think independently, make sound prioritisation decisions and decide what not to do as much as what to focus on.
This is a fully remote, part-time role of 20 hours per week, with some flexibility around core team hours on weekdays between 10am and 2pm. This is a permanent part-time role designed for an experienced SEO professional.
What You’ll Do
SEO Strategy & Account Management
- Own a portfolio of SEO clients end-to-end
- Ensure both SEO performance and relationship health across your accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients, building trust and confidence
- Lead SEO strategy for your accounts from planning through to delivery, review and refinement

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
