About OCPR

OCPR is a fast-growing, full-service digital marketing agency based in Sheffield, UK, with a reputation for delivering bespoke, data-driven strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, web development, content and more. We partner closely with clients, from SMEs to internationally recognised brands, acting as an extension of their marketing teams to drive measurable organic growth and business results.

Role Overview

We're looking for an SEO Executive to join our growing agency and work across a range of client accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the fundamentals of SEO and wants to develop their skills across the full discipline. You'll work closely with our Head of SEO, supporting everything from keyword research and content strategy to on-page optimisation, technical SEO and performance reporting.

You don't need to be an SEO expert. We're happy to teach the right person and help you develop your skills. What we're looking for is someone with a solid understanding of how SEO works, a genuine interest in learning, strong attention to detail and, importantly, the ability to write clear, engaging and well-structured content.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out keyword research and identifying relevant search opportunities
  • Supporting keyword mapping and content strategies
  • Writing and optimising website content, including landing pages, blogs and other SEO-led content
  • Reviewing existing content and making recommendations for improvement
  • Writing title tags, meta descriptions, headings and other on-page elements
  • Supporting internal linking strategies
  • Carrying out basic technical SEO audits and identifying issues that could affect organic performance
  • Making SEO recommendations to improve website structure, crawlability and indexation
  • Supporting competitor and SERP analysis
  • Monitoring keyword rankings, organic traffic and other SEO performance metrics
  • Helping to produce client reports and communicate SEO activity and performance
  • Supporting the implementation of SEO strategies across a range of client websites
  • Keeping up to date with changes in SEO, search behaviour and Google
  • Working closely with the Head of SEO to develop and execute client strategies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
