SEO Executive (SEO & GEO) Digital Agency | Hybrid Working | £28,000 - £32,000

Are you looking to build your career in SEO with a growing digital agency at the forefront of search and AI-driven discovery?

We're partnering with an ambitious agency looking for an SEO Executive to join their specialist search team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 12 months' experience in SEO or digital marketing to develop their skills across technical SEO, content optimisation, analytics, and emerging AI search technologies.

The Role

You'll support the delivery and optimisation of SEO campaigns for a range of clients, helping improve organic visibility, website performance, and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting SEO campaign implementation and optimisation
  • Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Assisting with on-page and technical SEO improvements
  • Creating content briefs informed by search intent and keyword insights
  • Monitoring rankings, traffic, conversions, and key SEO KPIs
  • Using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to analyse performance
  • Preparing client reports and recommendations
  • Working closely with Content, PPC, Design, and Development teams
  • Staying up to date with SEO best practice, algorithm updates, and AI search developments

About You

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or up to 1 year's SEO/digital marketing experience
  • Basic understanding of SEO and organic search principles
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Confident working with data and spreadsheets
  • Eager to learn and build a long-term career in SEO
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress, or basic HTML would be beneficial but is not essential.
