About us
We are an award-winning web design and digital agency just outside Cranleigh in Surrey, designing bespoke websites for businesses across the UK and worldwide. Alongside our design and development work, we deliver digital marketing for a growing client base at home and internationally.
About the role
Due to continued growth in digital marketing and search, we are looking for a new member of the team to work across SEO and GEO.
You will support our Senior Digital Marketing Manager on the delivery side of our search campaigns, covering on-page and technical SEO, content, AI search visibility (GEO) and reporting across a varied client portfolio. You will start on individual tasks with close support, then take on more of the delivery as your skills develop, working towards running your own campaigns and accounts.
A solid understanding of AI tools, and how to get good work out of them, is one of the most important things we are looking for. AI is integrated throughout how we deliver, with tools such as Claude built into our own workflows, so time goes into the thinking and the quality control rather than repetitive manual work. You will work this way from the start, and we will show you our setup.
It suits someone early in their digital marketing career who wants to get properly hands on with search and build real technical skill quickly, where your work has a visible impact on client performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
