About Us

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm dedicated to making employment law more accessible to employees being badly treated at work. We create a large amount of in-house technology mostly around AI and we believe we are one of the most advanced law firms in the country in this regard, as evidenced by the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence in Technology and Innovation award. Our tech is both client-facing, for example our advanced chatbot, and also for our lawyers to help manage their workloads. We have in house developers, data specialists and tech support. That’s partly why we have just had our best month ever four months in a row and we’ve doubled our number of lawyers within the last 12 months. We pride ourselves on an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and supports our team through mentorship schemes and a strong focus on work-life balance. We value each team member’s contribution, fostering an environment where every voice is heard and career advancement is actively supported.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, your role will involve:

  • Owning organic growth: leads and revenue from search
  • Traditional SEO across all three pillars: technical, on-site and off-site, with GA4 and Search Console as your daily instruments
  • GEO to dominate AI search results
  • Analysing data

People find us at the worst moment of their working lives, mostly through search, and what they find decides whether they get the help they need.

What We Are Looking For

  • A doer who has grown organic search materially and not just optimised pages
  • Commercial mindset - you understand that your ultimate goal is revenue instead of clicks and leads
  • Fluency across technical, on-site and off-site SEO
  • Proven track record with AI search
  • 3+ years of UK experience in SEO
  • 1+ years of UK experience in GEO
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to drive decision-making
  • Appetite to experiment & innovate
  • Ability to work independently

What You Will Get

  • Competitive salary (£45k-£55k)
  • A search-dependent business where your performance is fundamental to growth and success
  • A flexible, remote-first working environment
  • A long-standing content writer producing good legal content
  • The chance to genuinely widen access to justice - helping thousands of people get legal representation they otherwise could not afford
  • Exposure to cutting-edge legal tech - and the chance to be at the forefront of AI automation in the legal sector
  • Career progression in a rapidly growing firm

January 2027's employment law reforms are expected to increase search demand for what we do significantly. Most of our clients find us through search, often at the worst moment of their working lives. Ranking well is not a vanity exercise here: it is how people in trouble find a firm that only ever acts for employees. Your work directly decides how many of them get the help they need.
