Job Description
For our team in London, located in the heart of Soho close to Oxford Circus, we are looking for an SEO & GEO Manager 100%.
In this versatile role, you will help shape the online presentation of Victorinox, bringing the brand and its products to life across digital touchpoints while contributing to global e-commerce growth. You will join an open, dynamic and international team where you can take ownership, contribute your expertise and make a real difference.
- Develop and execute global SEO & GEO strategies to drive organic traffic, revenue and visibility across search engines and AI platforms
- Lead Victorinox.com towards AI agent readiness
- Initiate and manage technical SEO projects, including page speed, structured data, schema markup and canonicals
- Monitor and optimize organic search and AI visibility using relevant analytics tools, continuously improving KPIs and tracking
- Conduct keyword-, entity- and competitor research to identify trends, quick wins and long-term growth opportunities
- Act as the in-house expert for organic and AI search
- Close collaboration with content, development, UX, marketing and local markets
- Stay up to date with search algorithm developments, AI search trends and emerging optimization techniques
- Drive new initiatives in areas such as Social SEO and Marketplace SEO

Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience in content and technical SEO, ideally within an international e-commerce environment
- Proven track record in improving organic search performance (visibility, traffic, E-Commerce revenue) and experience with AI-powered and generative search
- Strong understanding of complex, multilingual, international websites and e-commerce environments
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4 and Similarweb
- Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of frontend web technologies
- Experience in strategy development, project management and working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and presentation skills combined with a proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau and Looker is an advantage
