The Role
As an SEO Lead, you will develop and manage comprehensive SEO strategies designed to improve organic visibility, performance, and long-term growth.

- Own SEO campaigns across keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO
- Analyse organic performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, visibility, and ROI
- Use SEO and analytics tools to track performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
- Develop regular reporting and present performance, insights, and next steps to clients
- Partner with Content, Web Development, and wider Digital Marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Stay ahead of search trends and identify new opportunities to improve client performance
- Act as a key SEO contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years' experience across SEO or Digital Marketing
- Strong experience across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and keyword strategy
- Proven ability to analyse SEO performance and use data to inform strategy
- Strong knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
- Confident working across multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable collaborating with Content, Development, and wider Digital teams
