Role: SEO Manager
Work Type: Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Maidenhead (3 days on site, Hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive
Join us as an SEO Manager and take ownership of our organic search strategy, driving high-quality lead generation, increasing online visibility, and supporting business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimisation within a regulated environment, working closely with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the SEO strategy to drive leads and revenue growth.
- Improve website performance through technical SEO and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
- Create and optimise high-quality, FCA-compliant content.
- Increase organic rankings, traffic, and search visibility across key pages.
- Lead local SEO activity, including Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Plan and deliver CRO tests to improve user journeys and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain SEO performance dashboards using GA4 and Looker.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver SEO initiatives and results.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful SEO strategies.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site structure, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience creating and optimising content that drives organic traffic and leads.
- Proven ability to improve organic rankings, website visibility, and conversion performance.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Experience managing local SEO activity, including Google Business Profiles and location pages.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, agencies, or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
