Role and Agency Overview
Due to client wins and expansion, we are looking for a SEO Manager to help grow our team and join an industry-renowned team of specialists.
Our ideal candidate will be someone with proven, demonstratable experience to deliver the best results for our clients who are looking to take the next step in their career. You will drive the SEO strategy for our clients, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of SEO.
Candidate Overview
- 2+ years’ experience in SEO - gaming experience beneficial
- Strong presentation skills, excellent writing, project management and problem-solving skills
- Able to participate in client meetings where required, developing, and building on relationships
- Able to develop and inform SEO strategies on dedicated accounts
- Able to create relevant keyword research which commercially prioritised, incorporates audience insights and aligns with our client's business objectives
- Able to support and provide strong recommendations on on-page optimisations/creation and able to link this with Technical & Digital PR efforts
- Confidently perform technical SEO audits, analysis, and recommendations for clients
- Able to conduct on-page content audits in collaboration with the content team
- Liaise with respective Content and Digital PR teams to provide insights to identify strategic opportunities for clients, such as pages for creation, link gap analysis, monitoring client backlink profiles etc
- Able to collaborate with marketing teams, web developers and stakeholders for clients to ensure our recommendations are implemented
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, STAT, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and more
- Able to prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status updates and reports – frequency is dependent upon clients
- Able to produce Quarterly Business Reviews and confidently present them, which clearly outline activity, how performance has been influenced and the next steps
- Able to understand how PPC and SEO can and should work together
- Work with the wider business through a broader understanding of digital marketing to deliver strong strategies and ensure we deliver innovative, forward-thinking campaigns
