About Fetch

Fetch is a fast-growing search agency helping ambitious brands increase their visibility, authority and commercial performance. As the sister company to Hound, we offer something genuinely distinctive: the ability to combine technical and content-led search expertise with high-impact PR. This means our clients can build authority, earn attention and drive measurable results across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an SEO & GEO Manager to join us at an exciting stage in our journey.

The role

As SEO & GEO Manager, you’ll develop and deliver search strategies for a varied portfolio of exciting clients. You’ll work across traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), helping clients improve their visibility not only in Google and other search engines, but also across AI-powered platforms and answer engines.

Reporting to Tal, you’ll take ownership of client performance, translate complex search insights into clear recommendations and collaborate closely with Fetch and Hound colleagues to create campaigns that combine technical SEO, content, digital PR and brand authority. This is an opportunity to shape how a growing agency approaches the rapidly evolving search landscape.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and delivering SEO and GEO strategies aligned with clients’ commercial objectives
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and turning findings into clear, prioritised action plans
  • Identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility, website performance and conversions
  • Creating content strategies informed by audience needs, search demand and emerging AI discovery behaviours
  • Helping clients improve their visibility and citations across generative search and AI platforms
  • Undertaking keyword, competitor, content-gap and search-intent research
  • Monitoring changes in search engines, AI platforms and user behaviour, then adapting strategies accordingly
  • Working with Hound’s PR specialists to develop campaigns that build brand authority, earn high-quality coverage and support search performance
  • Collaborating with writers, developers, designers and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Tracking performance, producing insightful reports and clearly communicating results to clients
  • Supporting pitches, proposals and new-business opportunities
  • Contributing ideas, processes and best practices as Fetch continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
