The Role
We are seeking an amazing SEO Manager with proven leadership skills and top industry knowledge in search engine optimization with the following qualifications:
- Over 7 years of proven experience in SEO
- Ability to lead teams by training them and being hands on in improving results
- Create effective SEO audits and strategies and help in sales

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 7am to 4pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities
- Excellent English speaking and copywriting skills
- Over 7 years in SEO
- Create effective, professional-looking SEO strategies to win new business
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
- Experience in leading an SEO team
- Hire, train, and lead SEO team members
- Document best practices, processes, and checklists
- Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns
- Ability to create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPI’s in executive meetings
- Strong knowledge of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results
- Driven to get results and grow with the agency
