Your future, as an SEO Manager at mydentist

You’ll be joining our Marketing Team within our Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to mydentist’s 4 million patients by improving how they find and access our dental services online.

The role is permanent and full time.

Hybrid working arrangements, with a split between being in the office and working from home.

Supportive and experienced team.

  • You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away.
  • With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days).

Your future, your role

As an SEO Manager, you’ll already be a high-performing digital marketer operating as part of an experienced Marketing team. You’ll be used to planning and delivering organic search strategies that support wider business objectives and drive sustainable growth at scale. You may now be looking to apply those skills in a growing and purpose-led healthcare organisation.

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy across national and local search.
  • Drive organic traffic growth, lead generation and patient acquisition.
  • Manage on-page, off-page and technical SEO activity.
  • Optimise local SEO performance across our network of practices.
  • Use insight and analytics to set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks around organic visibility and traffic.
  • Optimise content for answer engines and AI‑driven search experiences to increase visibility in featured answers, summaries, and zero‑click results.
  • Support website changes, migrations and new initiatives with SEO best practice.
  • Lead SEO innovation to improve visibility across AI‑powered search, generative experiences and large language models (LLMs) as search behaviour continues to evolve.
  • Help to embed a data-driven culture across the marketing function.
  • Opportunity to leverage CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to enhance workflows and lead management, with prior CRM experience beneficial but not essential.

An ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing SEO at scale, ideally across multi-site networks. Experience within healthcare, retail or consumer services is beneficial.
