SEO Manager

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Up to £40,000

We're looking for an SEO Manager who's passionate about organic growth, loves solving technical challenges, and gets excited by seeing great content climb the rankings. If you're someone who enjoys combining data, creativity, and strategy to deliver measurable results, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a portfolio of ambitious D2C brands and make a real impact.

You'll take ownership of SEO campaigns from strategy through to execution, working alongside Paid Media, Content, Creative, and CRO specialists to drive sustainable growth for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage SEO strategies for a portfolio of exciting D2C and eCommerce brands.
  • Carry out technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement improvements.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Optimise website structure, content, and on-page elements to improve organic visibility.
  • Develop content strategies alongside our Content and Creative teams.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance, providing clients with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of Google's algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.
  • Build strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on all things SEO.

What We're Looking For

You're analytical, curious, and always looking for ways to improve performance.

You'll ideally have:

  • Around 2+ years' experience in SEO within an agency or in-house environment.
  • A solid understanding of technical, on-page, and content SEO.
  • Experience using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to clients.
  • A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and search engine updates.
