We’re hiring for an SEO Manager to join a high-performing digital agency in Bristol delivering impactful organic strategies across a range of sectors.
This SEO Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with delivery. You’ll create and manage SEO campaigns, work closely with content and technical teams, and build strong client relationships. As an SEO Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving measurable growth while helping evolve the agency’s organic offering.
What you’ll be doing
As an SEO Manager, you’ll develop and execute SEO strategies that align with client goals and deliver tangible results. You’ll manage multiple campaigns, ensuring consistent performance across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.

- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits, turning insights into clear, actionable plans
- Collaborate with content, development, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage client relationships, present performance updates, and provide clear recommendations
- Contribute to internal process improvements and explore opportunities across AI search, automation, and emerging platforms

What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven experience delivering SEO campaigns across multiple clients or projects in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
- Experience using tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Ability to analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights
- Experience managing client relationships and communicating strategies effectively
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Interest in AI, automation, or evolving search behaviours
