About the Role
We're partnering with a leading luxury retail and ecommerce brand to recruit an experienced SEO Specialist to lead its global organic growth strategy.
You'll combine technical SEO, content and data to grow organic visibility, high-intent traffic and digital revenue across multiple markets, working closely with Editorial, Product, Development, Trade, PR and agency partners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the global SEO strategy against commercial objectives.
- Own SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, CTR and revenue.
- Lead technical SEO audits across crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Partner with Development on structured data, schema, hreflang and international SEO.
- Lead keyword research and content gap analysis across product and editorial content.
- Optimise product descriptions, metadata and editorial content while protecting luxury brand tone.
- Develop internal linking and backlink strategies to grow organic authority.
- Support digital PR and editorial outreach with agency partners.
- Lead GEO and AEO initiatives across AI-driven search platforms.
- Manage SEO agencies, tools and budgets while reporting insights to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally within luxury retail, fashion or premium ecommerce.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
- International SEO experience across multi-market websites.
- Strong content optimisation and copywriting skills with an understanding of luxury brand voice.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with experience using GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of digital PR, link building, GEO and AEO.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
- Salesforce experience desirable but not essential.
