About The Role
We are recruiting for an SEO Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team based at our head office in Barton-upon-Humber.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead SEO strategy across kitchens, bedrooms and organic search.
- Improve visibility in Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Identify gaps in search presence, AI answers and third-party sources.
- Improve content, backlinks, brand mentions and online reputation.
- Optimise technical SEO, content, structured data and internal linking.
- Analyse performance and turn insights into action.
- Report results and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with PR and SEO agencies to build authority.
- Use SEO, analytics and AI tools to improve workflows.

About You
- Strong SEO experience across technical, content, off-site and digital PR.
- Good understanding of AI search, LLMs, structured data and GEO.
- Confident using SEO tools including SEMrush or Arefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting and workflow efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and delivery skills.
- Clear communicator, confident presenting complex topics simply.
