Job Description
You will drive organic growth and visibility for LangSync and its clients by leading full-spectrum SEO strategies, including technical foundations, content optimization, and digital PR. This role transitions you into a leader of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), utilizing exclusive access to AI labs to shape how brands appear in AI-driven discovery.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AEO strategies, performing brand visibility audits across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Optimize site structures, schema markup, and entity mapping to ensure brands are cited as credible sources by modern answer engines.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate search and AEO thinking into all digital products, including LangSync’s own planning platform.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses proven expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and link building with a track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.
- Demonstrates proficiency with industry-standard tools including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to derive actionable data insights.
- Exhibits a self-starter mentality and excellent client-facing skills, capable of defending recommendations to founders and marketing managers in a fast-moving environment.
