Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, based in the office.
This role can be based at our office in South Kensington, London or at Daylesford Farm in Gloucestershire.

About the Role
Bamford Collection is looking for a creative and data-driven SEO Manager to join our growing digital team and play a key role in shaping the organic growth strategy across our luxury lifestyle brands; Daylesford Organic, Bamford, and Daylesford Stays.
Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, this role will oversee the development and execution of the SEO strategy across Daylesford Organic, Bamford, and Daylesford Stays. The successful candidate will drive organic growth and increase brand visibility through innovative and effective SEO strategies, including improving our visibility on AI platforms. Working on both technical improvements with our external developers, and content, structural and UX improvements with our marketing, ecommerce and performance marketing team this role is integral to the ambitious business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive search engine optimisation strategy to drive organic growth, increase business visibility and overall conversion across the Bamford Collection.
- Develop strategies to maximize brand visibility, citation share and product recommendations across AI search platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases to further optimise PLPs, PDPs, journals and blogs.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement solutions for improved website performance and user experience.
- Execute link-building activities to ensure quality backlinks from reputable sources.
- Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams—content, design, and product—to ensure optimal content performance and seamless integration with marketing campaigns and create high-quality, keyword-reach content.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within wellness and lifestyle brands or D2C eCommerce.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, with experience in Magento preferred.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of SEO analytics and reporting. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive organic growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting insights effectively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
