About Us

Iris is a global integrated agency driven by one simple philosophy: Participate or Perish. We create ideas that earn attention and inspire people to interact with brands in meaningful ways. Working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, we combine strategy, creativity, technology, and media to deliver impactful campaigns.

The role

This role is part of our search-focused client leadership team, where you will work across the Beiersdorf (BDF) suite of brands, including NIVEA, Eucerin, and Hansaplast, acting as a senior strategic partner to the client across the EU region.

Beiersdorf is a global skincare leader, and as their search marketing agency, we operate across the full search ecosystem (SEO & PPC). Our ambition is to maximize visibility for Beiersdorf brands across the search journey, with a primary focus on discovery, using best-in-class website content, paid search strategy, CRO, and strategic initiatives designed to maximize the value of traffic and drive sustainable growth.

As a SEO Manager, you will take ownership of multiple EU regions (e.g., DACH, SOE, or France/Benelux), acting as the senior day-to-day client contact and a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for connecting client objectives with our SEO and PPC strategies, leading performance conversations, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and influencing both regional and central stakeholders. You will work closely with our senior strategy and channel leadership teams to shape long-term roadmaps, unlock new opportunities, and ensure our work consistently delivers commercial impact. Our mission is to enhance brand knowledge, inspire loyalty, and drive awareness through engaging content. This role is critical to achieving that vision, requiring strategic thinking, leadership, and a relentless focus on client growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
