This is a great opportunity for someone who's already hands on in SEO strategy and wants to lead from the front, shaping campaigns that deliver real, measurable results. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, leading on strategy, managing a small team, and driving organic growth through smart, futureproof SEO that's built for how people search today.
What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of multiple SEO accounts, developing strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Managing and mentoring a small team of SEO specialists, helping them grow and deliver stand-out work.
- Conducting in-depth technical and content audits to shape SEO roadmaps.
- Using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance.
- Shaping content and technical strategy to win visibility across AI and generative search results.
- Managing link-building and outreach activity.
- Working closely with account managers and developers to make sure strategies are implemented effectively.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years' experience in SEO (agency background preferred).
- Strong technical SEO knowledge.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page and content SEO.
- Familiarity with GEO or a genuine interest in developing in this space.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once.
