About Us

We exist to create a more equal society for women, at home, at work, in communities and institutions.

We fight for gender equity through system-level change by educating about and advocating for living in sync with your cycle.

We are inclusive, innovative learners and storytellers. We never tell others what to do but provide the tools, the platform and the environment for people to share their stories and lived period realities. We amplify voices and stories that deserve to be shared to spark curiosity for cycle-tracking and allow for peer-to-peer learning.

Our aim is to share high quality resources (blogs, articles, trackers), courses and tools (tracking app) - for free - to inspire, educate and empower 1 billion people by 2030.

Why This Role Matters

At Period Reality, we create resources, campaigns, educational content and projects designed to make body literacy accessible to everyone. But creating meaningful work is only part of the challenge, people need to be able to find it.

We're looking for an SEO & Marketing Lead to help grow Period Reality's visibility online, connect our work with the people who need it and make sure our content, projects and resources are reaching the right audiences.

  • Optimise website pages, blogs, resources and other content for search engines while keeping content useful and engaging for people.
  • Review existing website content and identify opportunities for SEO improvements.
  • Work with content, communications and project teams to make sure new content is created with discoverability and audience needs in mind.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness of Period Reality's work, projects and resources.
  • Support the promotion of key projects, campaigns, events, resources and launches.
  • Identify opportunities to grow website traffic, audience engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor SEO and marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
  • Track search rankings, website traffic, engagement and other key performance indicators.
  • Use insights and data to recommend improvements and new opportunities.
  • Research audience behavior, trends and relevant topics to inform marketing activity.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, backlinks, collaborations and other activities that can increase Period Reality's online reach.
  • Stay up to date with SEO, digital marketing and search trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Period Reality team, including content, social media, design and project leads.
  • Help develop simple, practical systems and processes that make SEO and marketing easier to manage across different PR projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
