SEO Marketing Manager
We're looking for an SEO Marketing Manager based in London to drive organic visibility and sustainable growth for our brand. You'll own our SEO strategy end-to-end—from keyword research and technical optimization to content strategy and performance analysis. Your work directly impacts how potential customers discover us, making you a critical part of our growth engine.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap identification
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to implement technical and on-page optimizations
- Build and manage an editorial calendar that prioritizes high-impact topics
- Monitor performance metrics, track rankings, and report on KPIs to leadership
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Manage relationships with external SEO specialists or agencies as needed
Your tasks
You're a data-driven marketer with hands-on SEO expertise and a track record of driving measurable organic growth:
Essential experience:
- 4–6 years in SEO, digital marketing, or related growth roles
- Proven ability to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings at scale
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
- Experience developing content strategies that attract and convert target audiences
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Relevant SEO certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush Academy) are a plus
What sets you apart:
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, web analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Languages:
- Fluent in English (required)
- Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
