  • Coordinate approved technical changes with our Django website developer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Django development is not required, as we have an existing developer. However, sufficient technical understanding to communicate clear requirements is important.

Performance Measures

Performance will be assessed primarily against:

  • Direct course registrations and attributable revenue
  • Qualified NVQ and corporate-training enquiries
  • Google Ads cost per registration or lead
  • Return on advertising spend
  • Course-page and checkout conversion rates
  • Growth in non-branded organic traffic
  • Rankings for agreed commercial keywords
  • Accuracy of conversion and revenue tracking

Traffic and impressions alone will not be considered sufficient measures of success.

Working Arrangements

The position can be full-time or part-time. Part-time applicants should ideally be available for at least 20 hours per week.

Applicants must be able to attend regular online meetings and provide some working-time overlap with UK business hours. An initial performance-review period will apply, with clear priorities agreed for the first 90 days.

How to Apply

Please submit:

  • Your CV
  • Full-time or part-time preference
  • Weekly availability and earliest start date
  • Salary expectations
  • SEO and Google Ads case studies
  • Evidence of conversions, cost per conversion or revenue generated
  • Examples of GA4 or Google Tag Manager tracking you have implemented
  • Relevant website or landing-page examples
  • Professional references

Please also briefly explain how you would increase direct registrations for an online construction-training provider.

Applications that describe activities without evidence of measurable results may not be shortlisted.
