Our client
Our client is a marketing agency working with ambitious entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and growing SMEs. They act as an extension of their clients’ teams, using digital marketing, automation and AI to help businesses grow.
They are expanding their in-house team and looking for an SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic search performance across a portfolio of clients. This is an opportunity to work with growing businesses, including a national client with more than 30 locations, and see the impact of your work.
The role
This is a broad, hands-on SEO role covering technical SEO, content optimisation, local search and link acquisition. You’ll set priorities, carry out the work and explain the results clearly to clients.
You’ll report to the Agency Director and work closely with a Web Developer, who will implement technical changes, and a copywriter, who will produce content from your briefs. As part of a small team, you’ll need to manage your time well, keep colleagues informed and feel comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video call.
Your responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
