Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organised, ambitious SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategy, with agency support, across our website and digital touchpoints.
Working at the intersection of technical excellence and luxury brand storytelling, you'll grow organic visibility, drive high-intent traffic, and help grow our digital revenue channel, making data-led decisions while protecting brand tone across editorial content. You'll work closely with editorial, product & development, trade, and PR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our SEO strategy, with agency support, aligned to Liberty London's commercial goals
- Set, track, and report on KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and revenue attribution
- Conduct competitive analysis within luxury retail to spot opportunities and gaps
- Support the SEO budget, including tools and agency spend
- Lead technical audits, with agency support, covering crawlability, indexation, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Partner with development to implement structured data, hreflang, and schema markup
- Support site developments and new market roll-outs
- Lead keyword research and content gap analysis to inform editorial and product content
- Write and optimise product descriptions, metadata, and editorial content for both search intent and brand tone
- Develop internal linking architecture to support page authority
- Support backlink acquisition through digital PR and editorial outreach, with agency input
- Protect domain authority through link profile audits and disavow management
- Lead GEO and AEO, ensuring content is structured for AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), and champion this internally
- Align PR outreach with SEO goals to support domain authority and GEO visibility

About You
- 5+ years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally in-house within luxury retail, fashion, or premium e-commerce
- Track record of measurable organic growth in a commercially complex environment
- Strong proficiency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
- Strong technical SEO knowledge: HTML, CSS fundamentals, site architecture, web performance
- International SEO experience
- Excellent written communication with a keen sense of luxury brand voice
- Experience writing product descriptions, metadata, and editorial content
- Analytical mindset with working proficiency in GA4
- Knowledge of digital PR or editorial outreach within luxury or lifestyle media
- Working knowledge of GEO and AEO
- Relevant certifications desirable (Google, SEMrush Academy, etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail and brand standards
- Collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter with strong project management skills
- Understanding of the luxury consumer
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- Salesforce experience desirable but not essential
